Our mission is to increase a competency level of our learners by making learning pleasant and widely accessible.
However, many of us didn’t grow up with online courses. We are mostly used to being in a room with a teacher. Online courses present many advantages but you need to approach it with a different mindset.
We would like to share few tips for online learners in order to help you get the most of our e-learning programs and achieve the best results.

Let’s see the 5 tips now

TIP 1 – PLAN YOUR LEARNING TIME

Do not wait for some spare time to complete online course, because most probably it will not happen soon (or never).

Instead, plan ahead your learning time slot, set time limits and stay on schedule.

Keep in mind that Redspher Group offers to each employee 1h per month/12h per year for online learning. If needed, plan your learning time in agreement with immediate superiors in order to keep business continuity.

TIP 2 – TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOURSELF

GeniusAcademy commits to facilitate a learning process by making e-learning content exciting and engaging. Afterwards, it is your turn.

Your effects depend on whether and how you study an online course content.

Each course is designed in a thoughtful way. Therefore, do not skip the modules and do the exercises and tests, if applicable.

TIP 3 – TAKE YOUR TIME

Don’t be in a hurry. Complete the online courses at your own pace and do not bother yourself whether you are fast or slow.

You do not take a part in competition for a speed of learning. It is about taking the most of training content.

TIP 4 – ENGAGE YOURSELF

Be an active learner and follow carefully each module.

Make the notes – write down the most important information. In case of any unclarity, address the questions to course instructor.

TIP 5 – REVIEW AND REPEAT

Remember you can access all completed courses anytime you need.

Thanks to a regular revision of the content you have already studied, you will better memorize it, understand what you are learning and increase a probability to apply the knowledge when needed.

Enjoy (e-)learning!
